Welcome to JIFF 2025!

Experience the biggest and best selection of Jewish-themed films from around the world, screening in Australian cinemas nationally from 19 October through to 21 December.

JIFF 2025 presents 50 new films that provide a glimpse into the Jewish experience and the unique Jewish contribution to the multicultural landscape. We open with the Australian Premiere of the uproarious dark comedy Bad Shabbos, winner of the Audience Award at Tribeca Film Festival.

Festival highlights include the Australian Premiere of Scarlett Johansson’s heartwarming directorial debut Eleanor the Great, the French box office smash Once Upon My Mother, our spotlight on Claude Lanzmann, and much, much more.
