Though approaching his eighties, Jewish writer Max Kohn shows no signs of slowing down. He continues to pursue his love life with youthful vigor on his frequent book tours, risking his relationship with the woman he loves but neglects.

With his fame and charm, our octogenarian writer-protagonist still attracts women, in both dreams and reality, and it’s difficult for him and for us to tell the difference. His long-time current lover, a past lover, and new propositions caper amongst his fantasies and his chaotic life, while his mortality preoccupies both spheres.
